Korea eSIM (korea-esim.com) is one of the country stores of eSIM Hub. Both are operated by DevTeam Co., Ltd. (주식회사 뎁팀), a software company founded in 2025 in Incheon, South Korea, which has sold travel data eSIMs online since February 2026.
How our business works
- We are a reseller. Every plan is an eSIM profile supplied by our wholesale partner, eSIM Access, and runs on the local networks named on its plan page; in South Korea that is SK Telecom and LG U+.
- You pay us through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card. We never see your card details.
- Delivery is automatic. Your QR code is emailed within minutes of payment and is also kept on the My eSIM page.
- Our own team answers support requests and handles top-ups and refunds. We reply within 24 hours.
- Same plans, same prices. Korea eSIM sells the same plans at the same prices as eSIM Hub, with the same checkout, support and refund policy. This store focuses on South Korea: its plans, networks and travel guides.
Policies
- Refund Policy: a full refund within 30 days for eSIMs you have not installed, and a replacement or refund if an eSIM cannot connect because of a problem on our side.
